COVID-19 Service Update

We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times. As the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, it has become clear that the way we are able to interact with our clients has changed for the foreseeable future. Despite that, our goal at Duxbury Animal Hospital remains to be able to continue to provide the best veterinary care to pets in our community, while keeping the safety of our clients and team members at the forefront. As federal and local safety guidelines change and develop, we want you to know that our team is working hard to enact safety measures within our clinic to allow us to continue to provide care for your pets.

Curbside Service Procedures

Curbside Service:  To keep both you and our team members safe, please stay in your vehicle and call us at 781-934-5300 to let us know you have arrived for your appointment or to pick-up food or medicine.

Contactless Payments:  We encourage you to pay for services over the phone to facilitate contactless payments.

Cell Phone: We will be communicating with you via cell phone during your pet's visit, so we ask you to make sure it is on, charged and available during your appointment

Food & Medication Orders: We ask that you give us 24 hours to fill any food or medication orders.
